We had a new parent group with lots of young babies in attendance at our session. Anna was flexible and very patient with the more chaotic environment of having babies around whilst teaching the program. She was clear and practical in teaching the content. I hadn’t completed a first aid course before and I now feel empowered to act should my little one ever have an emergency, as well as advocate for her medical care. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a private session with our parent group, the class was run by Anna and it was incredible! We had our babies with us and often getting up to settle them and get snacks and she just ran with it! Was very informative and demonstrated very clearly! Highly recommend Thankyou Anna

As much as I hope I never have to use any of the skills I learned in the course, I’m so glad I did it. After just 4 hours, I feel like I am better equipped to calmly and confidently handle an emergency situation with a precious little one. Whilst it’s confronting material, it is so worth it. The practical elements are really great at helping embed the theoretical information.

Fantastic course. Lots of helpful information and a very knowledgeable presenter. Getting to practice scenarios with paediatric dummies has helped me feel much more confident about how to respond in a choking scenario or giving CPR.

Joe was FANTASTIC! Great delivery of the content and he was also super informative. For a 4 hour course everyone was engaged and all questions were answered. The course was easy to follow and the booklet was a great resource for future reference. Feeling super confident on how to deliver first aid if our kids ever needed it . Would definitely recommend!

An amazing course with so much helpful and important information. Joe was a brilliant educator and Rach was wonderful too. Learning how to administer CPR the correct way was taught so well and I feel so much more confident in being able to assess my children when they are sick or injured and administer CPR the correct way, god forbid I ever need too! Knowing how to deliver back blows and chest blows for choking and when to deliver them was also explained and shown so well. Thanks for offering such an amazing course to help new parents, grandparents and parents of multiple children already (like myself) in having the confidence to potentially save their child’s life!! You guys are doing an amazing job!! 💜💜

My husband and I went and did the Tiny Hearts course when our son was three months old (it felt too overwhelming to do while pregnant) and I'm SO glad we did. Neither of us have any prior medical or first aid training or knowledge, but the course content was manageable while still being extremely comprehensive and practical. A great range of topics were covered and Joe was an absolutely phenomenal presenter. Totally worth the money and getting a babysitter!

Anyone preparing for parenthood should complete this first aid course so they have the confidence in themselves to deal with any high pressure situations that may arise with their own children. Don’t regret completing this course as my knowledge has saved my son’s life multiple times. And I wouldn’t have the knowledge and skills without this course.

I recently completed the Sydney Public course, and I couldn’t be more impressed! It was amazing having Tiny Hearts present the first aid course at our home. The information was exactly what was needed and the educator was kind and helpful. I did find that there was a lot of information to set into the time and some things had to be rushed but the take home handbook was amazing to reread and gain further info where I needed it.

As a healthcare professional I have done many first aid courses over the years however this course taught so much that others don’t! We unfortunately have been in situations where we have had to use our training since completing the course and we have felt confident and calm to help and support our little kids in some really scary moments. I’ve done a few first aid courses over the years and I feel the second you leave you forget. After this one it is all (or at least a lot of it) has been retained and I’m still running over acronyms in my head. Our instructor Erlia was very personable, relatable and kept the class light and interesting despite the heavy subject matter. We chose to do a private class with our mothers group and honestly so happy with that decision. Thank you tiny hearts!

I feel very empowered by practising CPR, great to get all the important apps and phone numbers. ( have already shared with people at work.) It was difficult to find the pages in the book as they were in different order as the course info. Had hoped to have seen some fruit , nuts , biscuits or anything to eat for the price of the course. Happy I did it.

I thought it was a great session but would be good if it was clear that it was for very beginners. Most of what I learnt I had learnt from other training at either first aid or surf club, I thought it would be really different for babies but it did seem that a lot of the same things applied. It would have also been good to be able to have the products there to buy.

Quite expensive in comparison to other in person first aid courses. However, it was super informative and helpful. Got a discount code for first aid kits but then website didn’t have any available. I would recommend to others however I do this it was a bit expensive.
The Tiny Hearts first aid course was very informative. However I was disappointed that the CPR baby dummies we dolls not proper CPR babies that click when your perform CPR. It’s hard to tell if you are using the correct technique when you are doing cpr on a doll.
Really great course. Very helpful given lack of CPR experience. The trainer was very informative and personable. A lot of content in a short amount of time but well presented. Video hard to see of mannequin/doll being dark and the background of the video being dark too. All for inclusion but this was difficult to see the value of given the technique was so difficult to work out. Also, would have been good if there was a table at the front so that people outside of the front row could see the live demonstrations that the trainer had to do on the dolls on the floor. Didnt seem to make sense that there wasnt something higher than the ground for the demo to be done on. I didnt want to stand up to block the people behind me so missed a bit of content on that. Overall - I still found it informative given that my knowledge base on this, especially with newborns/kids, was minimal at best.
