The course is extremely informative and easy to understand. Hanna did a great job considering all the noise was coming from the room next to us. I am super happy with all information provided. Please, keep the Gold Coast courses coming 🙏🏼❤️
A little on the expensive side in comparison to other business providing the same service and against whats learnt Excellent teacher, great to have a smaller class.
Wow, is a word to describe it. I had completed a baby first aid course before but this one was more in depth without being too much information. I feel so informed and equiped for the worse case scenarios
Being a teacher I’ve done lots of CPR and First Aid courses but this was by far the best. Professional, informative and life saving. I first heard of Tiny Hearts on a podcast and then followed on socials before doing the course now that I have a newborn. Thank you for having such a service.
Very knowledgeable instructor - our whole family and members of my mothers group joined - best investment in time! I feel so much more confident about how to help my baby and especially as we are starting solids, I feel more confident knowing everyone in my family has had this training! Highly recommend!
I took the course after my son had a febrile convulsion and I didn’t know what to do. Sadly we tend to leave these things for the last minute, but it’s essencial to every parent to have some first-aid knowledge before any event happens. Tiny Hearts course will give you all the knowledge you need to care for your baby when they need help. Totally recommend!

My fiancé and I attended the Townsville Course today in prep for our bub arriving and have walked away so much more confident. Jade was amazing, super engaging and very helpful with any questions that we all had. The content of the course was great and covered off the base range of general first aid topics that every parent wanders about. A great course for first time parents, grandparents and any loved ones of little ones who want to feel more confident when caring for bubs and kids.

Being a new parent is stressful in itself but being confident in knowing what to do in different situations is so reassuring! Our presenter was incredible and so passionate
I feel so much more prepared and ready should we have any more accidents in future. Honestly don’t wait until something happens to do it, do it now and be all over it before you need it.
It was good we did need to tell her to go slower as she kept speaking as if she was racing a train but very informative. I wish the in person one allowed kids, because that's why we needed to do it.
I think this is really well designed content. Our trainer was great too! The only thing I think could be better is better coordination with the venue so that people have access to food.

My husband and I did this course in brisbane! I cried laughed and learnt so many important things! The information has empowered me for situations that I will hopefully never face! The content was relevant and Rach was so engaging! She had the full attention of the class the entire course! Have already recommended this to all of my mum friends!!
We registered for this course as it was the most extensive out of the ones available in Adelaide and covered the most topics. Overall it was great, the instructor was very knowledgeable and the information was useful. However, the allocation of time between topics should be revisited - for example, most attendees indicated they were interested in learning about choking and yet this topic was rushed through at the end, while less important topics (e.g. pain relief) were allocated far too much time in my opinion. Also, it might be worth reinforcing in your reminder emails that if people are unwell they should stay at home - we were in a fairly crowded room with multiple people who were clearly unwell, which is quite distressing with so many pregnant women present.
This course was beyond informative. I was engaged the entire time and benefited from every single thing that was covered. I left the course feeling so much more confident and knowing that if the worst situation were to arise, because of this course I could handle it. Thank you tiny hearts for sharing your knowledge both through this course and Instagram with parents. It’s one less thing we need to be (so) worried about. I have recommended this course to all of my family and fiends, the content is really invaluable.
Tiny hearts infant and child course helped me in getting the confidence and knowledge to be steady incase of an emergency with my baby. The class was super entertaining and full of good info. I can't recommend it enough. 4 hours went by really really quickly and their teaching and presentation methods were very engaging. Everyone should (not just parents) do this course. Thanks Tiny Hearst!
Melbourne Public Course
The course was very informative and I learnt alot. The location wasn’t ideal due to no window coverings which meant that it was too bright to see the slideshow that was shown throughout the course. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend to family and friends.
Thank you Ruby for sharing so much life saving tools and making anxious mamas a bit more relaxed and prepared. The only thing i would have like is to be able to sit a table to be able to take some notes. Thank you again Emilie :)
The instructor was fantastic and made it easy to listen to her for the whole time. I really struggled to read the slides sitting on the side with the sun glare - please consider not using a white font on a pastel background. Also the last 40 mins was incredibly rushed and I don’t feel like I was able to get much from that last section. There is online resources for refreshers but not sure the content is worth paying double other child first aid courses. The CPR section and choking sections which were most important to me were covered very thoroughly thank you.
Hi team, very much enjoyed the session on Sunday, Ruby was professional, relatable and so informative. Despite the tech issues she was able to keep the rooms focus and teach invaluable information. Big props to her and the structure of the course. Thanks again.
Coursework was very comprehensive. The person delivering the program was so excellent. Unfortunately the session was due to finish at 1pm and it ran over. I missed out on the entire 5th part of the session (respiratory issues) as I had to leave on time at 1pm. I would have loved to stay but couldn’t on this particular day. I feel like I missed out on crucial information due to the time discrepancy and feel a bit short-changed. I would suggest that the information regarding the session times should reflect a longer period e.g. 9am-2pm, with an early finish being a bonus. Thank you so much for all your work!

This course provides parents with essential knowledge and confidence about when they need to seek urgent medical attention for their children. I feel so much more relaxed now that I have taken the course and I encourage anyone without medical training to do the same!
We feel so empowered after completing the Tiny Hearts course, Amy was extremely knowledgable and explained everything clearly, we feel ready for our little one's arrival knowing we have the skills needed to handle any illnesses and injuries :)
Absolutely essential for parents, carers - anyone who will be responsible for little people at any stage. Practical, empowering and engaging knowledge delivered by professionally and personally experienced educators. Spend your dollars here instead of on baby gadgets insta tells you that you need, but don’t!
Loved our first aid teacher she was very knowledgeable and loved that she also had a paramedic background.
Love the course, such a good refresher! A little rushed towards the end but SO much great content and delivered really well!
My group and I really enjoyed the course. It was incredibly informative and we all left feeling more empowered to help our bubba’s should they ever need it. Jaz was an excellent educator too. Also, loved the option of being able to attend the course in the comfort of someone’s home with people we know. Would highly recommend the course to anyone considering it. Thanks Tiny Hearts & Jaz :)

The session was very interesting and great to do. It was held in such a beautiful location. My only complaint is they did not have enough dummies for everyone to be doing something at the same time. Otherwise, it was fantastic and worth it.
Chelsea who ran the Northern Beaches course was fabulous! We packed a lot into 4 hours. I walked away feeling much more confident and empowered to step up if the situation ever arises (hopefully it doesn’t though) So appreciate what you guys and your team do!
Great informative course! Would have liked some materials to take home to show/talk through with significant other, while still fresh in the mind, but understand it’s all accessible online. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
I absolutely loved attending this course and went away feeling more confident in my abilities. I would highly recommend to anyone who knows little about first aid to those who know a lot! It was great!
Highly recommend for any parent! I have previously done my accredited first aid and CPR but it was great to dive into the infant and child part of this. It was so helpful and gives me such great confidence that if I was in a situation I would have the knowledge to help my baby. Thank you Rach for a fabulous day!
The Nurse who ran the session, I think her name was Emily, was fantastic! She was a great teacher, used humour throughout to keep the group engaged and knew her stuff really well! She also mentioned she also works as a NICU nurse, as a NICU mum I know those nurses are angels 😇 Thank you!
Great to have a refresh of content however the day is very top level, certainly for those who are highly unaware and it’s a long day. Take your own water, coffee, snacks as Sydney location is in the middle of an industrial area. Not as in depth as I would have liked (but I am a bit of a nerd and like detail).
The course was a cording to our expectations. We have time to practice and learn a lot of diverse topics about first aid.
Our family completed a private training with Tiny Hearts. It was such a practical, well thought out and informative session that taught us all so much. I would recommend this for any new parents, caregivers, or relatives. Can’t thank the TH team more for putting something so great together!

Chelsea was AMAZING. I was engaged the entire time and we talked about it for the 2 hour drive home. Thank you sooooo much for not only producing an amazing, informative course, but hiring a brilliant, well informed and experienced speaker to deliver it. Chelsea is full of knowledge and seriously impressive. My partner introduced us both to her once and she remembered everyones name until the end. She even remembered the names of children that another couple brought up. This woman didn't miss a beat!! I am so impressed. We feel extremely prepared for life as first time parents, thank you.
My partner and I got a lot out of the virtual course with Tiny Hearts. Although it was virtual, we didn't feel we were missing out on anything and the interaction with the facilitator was very easy and intuitive. We have a lot more peace of mind now and would recommend this course to anyone!

We had Sian come out to teach us Baby and Child First Aid. We all thoroughly enjoyed the session. Sian was a great educator and we learnt some really interesting tips and tricks. Highly recommend :)
Such a great informative day that has eased some concerns that come with being a first time parent.
My husband and I attended the couples class together and my goodness am I glad that we did. It was such an eye opening and insightful course that has really prepared us for life with our newborn. Our facilitator was kind and knowledgeable and we both walked away feeling like we were equipped for what lies ahead. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do, we will most definitely be referring the course and Instagram to any expecting friends or family!

We can’t speak highly enough of the baby and child first aid public course!! Our facilitator, Rach, was highly knowledgeable and aimed to deliver the course in a way that suited a variety of learning styles. Rach was extremely engaging throughout the entire course. We completed the course feeling armed with life saving knowledge for our little one. We love the fact that we can refresh our first aid skills at any time via the online refresher course. Post course, the Tiny Hearts team have also responded to a couple of queries I had, and provided additional information within a timely manner. The course exceeded our expectations and without hesitation, we would highly recommend this course to our family friends 😊

The course was was extremely insightful and the presenter was great ! However, I’m marking down the review because we were given foldable chairs to sit on for a course that ran 4 hours. Mostly everyone at the course was pregnant and it’s unacceptable to not provide adequate seating. Please do better and provide suitable seating. Otherwise I highly recommend it !
