If you’re undecided if you should do the course or not, I would highly recommend, I wish I had done it sooner. It’s very specific to children/babies so even if you feel confident with previous first aid training I would still recommend doing this. Our first aid instruction Liam was fantastic, very engaging, knowledgeable and helped us with every question we threw his way.

I found the content very thorough with practical application. I especially liked the addition of videos giving examples of breathing , its one thing to have someone explain it but so informative to actually see it.

The course covered so much valuable material, consolidating content at regular and much appreciated intervals. The visual aids were well done too. From someone who has not had previous exposure to this type of course, I found it very valuable.

The course was great. Whilst you would know most of the information, it’s good to reinforce what to do in infants and children. Freya was a great facilitator too, had heaps of knowledge.

Freya was very knowledgeable from her work as a cardiac nurse and also added in some great tips from her experience being a mum of 2 little ones. She spoke very clearly and confidently and responded well to all questions. My wife and I leave having learnt a lot and will take away very practical skills and knowledge.

We took a course with Joe at the baby expo in the Royal Exhibition Centre in Melbourne and it was great. Joe was amazing at delivering the information although it was a short course. He went through all the relevant sections but also gave a lot of extra tips and personal experience situations and observations. Would highly recommend this course!
