My group and I really enjoyed the course. It was incredibly informative and we all left feeling more empowered to help our bubba’s should they ever need it. Jaz was an excellent educator too. Also, loved the option of being able to attend the course in the comfort of someone’s home with people we know. Would highly recommend the course to anyone considering it. Thanks Tiny Hearts & Jaz :)

Chelsea who ran the Northern Beaches course was fabulous! We packed a lot into 4 hours. I walked away feeling much more confident and empowered to step up if the situation ever arises (hopefully it doesn’t though) So appreciate what you guys and your team do!
Great informative course! Would have liked some materials to take home to show/talk through with significant other, while still fresh in the mind, but understand it’s all accessible online. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
I absolutely loved attending this course and went away feeling more confident in my abilities. I would highly recommend to anyone who knows little about first aid to those who know a lot! It was great!
Highly recommend for any parent! I have previously done my accredited first aid and CPR but it was great to dive into the infant and child part of this. It was so helpful and gives me such great confidence that if I was in a situation I would have the knowledge to help my baby. Thank you Rach for a fabulous day!
The Nurse who ran the session, I think her name was Emily, was fantastic! She was a great teacher, used humour throughout to keep the group engaged and knew her stuff really well! She also mentioned she also works as a NICU nurse, as a NICU mum I know those nurses are angels 😇 Thank you!
The course was a cording to our expectations. We have time to practice and learn a lot of diverse topics about first aid.
Our family completed a private training with Tiny Hearts. It was such a practical, well thought out and informative session that taught us all so much. I would recommend this for any new parents, caregivers, or relatives. Can’t thank the TH team more for putting something so great together!

Chelsea was AMAZING. I was engaged the entire time and we talked about it for the 2 hour drive home. Thank you sooooo much for not only producing an amazing, informative course, but hiring a brilliant, well informed and experienced speaker to deliver it. Chelsea is full of knowledge and seriously impressive. My partner introduced us both to her once and she remembered everyones name until the end. She even remembered the names of children that another couple brought up. This woman didn't miss a beat!! I am so impressed. We feel extremely prepared for life as first time parents, thank you.
My partner and I got a lot out of the virtual course with Tiny Hearts. Although it was virtual, we didn't feel we were missing out on anything and the interaction with the facilitator was very easy and intuitive. We have a lot more peace of mind now and would recommend this course to anyone!

We had Sian come out to teach us Baby and Child First Aid. We all thoroughly enjoyed the session. Sian was a great educator and we learnt some really interesting tips and tricks. Highly recommend :)
Such a great informative day that has eased some concerns that come with being a first time parent.
My husband and I attended the couples class together and my goodness am I glad that we did. It was such an eye opening and insightful course that has really prepared us for life with our newborn. Our facilitator was kind and knowledgeable and we both walked away feeling like we were equipped for what lies ahead. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do, we will most definitely be referring the course and Instagram to any expecting friends or family!
Best course we have ever been to! We have so much confidence with our little boy now, we were taught so many things we cannot thankyou enough for creating this course and giving us all the knowledge ❤️

We can’t speak highly enough of the baby and child first aid public course!! Our facilitator, Rach, was highly knowledgeable and aimed to deliver the course in a way that suited a variety of learning styles. Rach was extremely engaging throughout the entire course. We completed the course feeling armed with life saving knowledge for our little one. We love the fact that we can refresh our first aid skills at any time via the online refresher course. Post course, the Tiny Hearts team have also responded to a couple of queries I had, and provided additional information within a timely manner. The course exceeded our expectations and without hesitation, we would highly recommend this course to our family friends 😊

Mighty glad I was able to attend as an Interpreter for JoAnne Ward & Linda Flesser, as I too was able to learn some very valuable details about the advised CPR strategies & reminders of how some unpredictable incidents can occur and having a plan to execute when circumstances call for it, is definitely worth the consideration. Safety and minimal risk practices can be applied, now that I've gained that insight - its priceless, truly! VERY grateful to be able to provide Interpreting for families, that may otherwise have to go without being across this kind of content, that's surely invaluable to any parent/family setting! I'm a strong believer in; ''When you know better, you do better" - so biggest Thankyou again to the Team for allowing us to know better, for the benefit of our children, and role modelling what attentive and conscious parenting truly looks like!
The course was incredibly extensive covering everything from the primary survey to febrile convulsions. Our instructor was clear in her explanations and was particularly concise when responding to questions. Thankyou tiny hearts for equipping us with the knowledge to keep our baby to be safe.

An informative and essential course for new or expecting parents - great for new grandparents too! We learned so much and have much more confidence that we’ll be able to tackle any emergencies that might come our way.

I think this was fantastic. Even though it was virtual, it still felt interactive and we were able to ask questions along the way. What a fantastic way to learn during such a difficult time for many people. LOVED IT!!!!
A group of parents from my mother’s group got together to have first aid training to increase our confidence responding in the case of emergency with our littles. Alex fit the vibe of the group perfectly, she adapted the courses path to best suit our needs and focus areas. She was friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home, in addition to being very well liked by all the babies. I recommend her highly !

Highly recommend for anyone wanting to complete a first aid + CPR course for babies and children. This course was thorough and covered so many topics it's useful and relevant information for all parents or carer's of children. absolutely fantastic, i would highly recommend.
I loved the practical component where we were able to actually do what we had just learned
I was very impressed with how comprehensive the course was. I feel equipped to know what to do or who to contact and how to get assistance if we need it once our baby arrives. This is a must for any parents.
When my very pregnant daughter first suggested the course I thought it was such a good idea that I would invite along some of my staff that had just had new babies. The content and delivery by Amy was just excellent, I think we all came away with a much greater understanding of potential risks and the ability to identify and respond appropriately in an emergency. We had 3 new babies under 4 months old and 9 adult participants in attendance. Amy's presentation was clear and very informative, I think we were all surprised at just how much information was covered in 4 hours. A fantastic experience and would highly recommend to all new families old or young responsible for full-time or casual care of little ones.
I cannot rate this course enough! After having a frightening experience where my 4 month old son became unresponsive, it wasn’t until then that I realised how little knowledge I had regarding infant/child first aid. I realised that had the situation gone differently, I really wouldn’t have known what to do. This course is incredible and I have recommended it to EVERYONE!! I left feeling empowered and proud of myself for doing something proactive for not only my own child, but my young niece and nephew as well. This course should be a requirement for all parents. The educator was amazing and following on Instagram and Facebook is a great way to refresh your knowledge and actually see more real life examples of what you learn in the course and WHY you learn it. Absolutely amazing. I could go on forever.

We are yet to complete the course, we are booked in for the 22/06/2021, however having the flexible option of in house courses available is fantastic. To complete the course with family and friends provides a great safe space for honesty and enjoyment.
