Tiny Hearts First Aid Course
I attended the Tiny Hearts First Aid Course when I was 26 weeks pregnant. I wanted to feel more secure once our baby girl was here. She is now earthside and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the knowledge, support and education that comes with doing one of these courses, plus following the Tiny Hearts team on social media.
Thanks for your incredible information ladies, it has made my husband and I a little more secure in become parents. I implore any parents, with children or about to have children to complete any of the Tiny Hearts Education courses
Baby First Aid Course - Just book it in!
I loved attending the baby course in person. I have two children and I wish I had of attended this course before I had my first. After the informative session, I felt confident in dealing with topics that can, on the face of it, be quite scary. The presenter of the class was really passionate and he was very knowledgeable. My youngest is quite complex with her medical conditions but the presenter handled every question with ease. The take home book is a wonderful addition. I know that I can look back at the book when I need a quick refresher.
Thank you to the Tiny Hearts team. I have been following them for a while and have always wanted to do the course. My advice is to just book it. Don’t hesitate, it’s not only for your baby, it’s for you too.
Informative and empowering session
Such an incredible session. Left feeling equipped with the knowledge and techniques to handle a wide range of scenarios. Definitely a must do for all parents and caregivers. Highly recommend.
An amazing boost of confidence to look after your little one/s
My boyfriend and I undertook this half day course (in Hawthorn, Melbourne) when I was six months pregnant. Everything was seamless, information flowed through the session and there was lots of hands on practise too ie resuss, epi pen, bandaging etc which we’d love to never have to use but can feel confident now should anything happen. We’d definitely do this course again to refresh ourselves before our next child and would highly recommend it to all new parents or even those Grandparents to our bubs wanting to see what’s relevant now in terms of medical scenarios in the every changing landscape.
Felt so prepared and informed
My husband and I completed the first aid course with tiny hearts and it made me feel so much more prepared and confident that I could pick up/know the signs to look for if Bub was to become sick!!!
Now stating solids with my little one it has also given me peace of mind that I know what to do!
Such a great investment and such a great company. I recommend this course too all our friends
** I actually fainted in my first attempt to complete the course at 33 weeks pregnant and the instructors and Rach were beyond amazing calling me after I had been to the hospital to check Bub to make sure we were both ok! It really meant a lot!

Out of everything you splurge on for a new bub..this is a must. Critical lifesaving information broken down into an easy to process format and lifetime access to the resources. About to refresh myself and do the online course again for our second bub.

Loved the first aid course
I attended a baby first aid course in Sydney shortly after my baby was born… it was amazing. I learnt so much and you get access online afterwards to refresh which I have used many times. I would have loved to have the notes book you get on the course now as I did forget quite a lot. Instagram page is fabulous too. Everytime I need something I have a scroll and always find the answer - thanks guys.
P.s. waiting on the next release of the medication bag and fever buddy as missed it last time.

This training course is a must-do for any expecting parents. The courseware was fantastic - concise, informative and practical. Rachael is a subject-matter expert and facilitates the content in an engaging, professional manner. Demonstrations were clear and she took the time to monitor our progress throughout, providing tips and tricks to enhance our skills. Overall, a brilliant session with very pertinent topics - you will leave with a good baseline knowledge and enhanced confidence with managing stressful situations. Great work Tiny Hearts.

Great course - highly recommend for all first-time parents
Fantastic! Highly recommend for all new parents who want to know when it is (or isn’t!) appropriate to panic with a newborn. Hubby and I both got so much out of it and our instructor was great at explaining everything and answering any question thrown at him.
I wish I took this course sooner!
An excellent event full Of so much information. It’s my first time parenting so even the simplest things can be scary and confusing. This course made me feel confident in my own abilities! I feel like I can take care of my little one if she was to ever face danger, need help.

The first aid course was great. There was so much helpful information and Bec the instructor was so friendly and engaging. We would recommend the course to all parents, and having access to the online information for refreshing your knowledge is so helpful.

Amazing course
Wow, is a word to describe it. I had completed a baby first aid course before but this one was more in depth without being too much information. I feel so informed and equiped for the worse case scenarios

Being a teacher I’ve done lots of CPR and First Aid courses but this was by far the best. Professional, informative and life saving. I first heard of Tiny Hearts on a podcast and then followed on socials before doing the course now that I have a newborn. Thank you for having such a service.

Very knowledgeable instructor - our whole family and members of my mothers group joined - best investment in time! I feel so much more confident about how to help my baby and especially as we are starting solids, I feel more confident knowing everyone in my family has had this training!

Great learning!
I took the course after my son had a febrile convulsion and I didn’t know what to do. Sadly we tend to leave these things for the last minute, but it’s essencial to every parent to have some first-aid knowledge before any event happens. Tiny Hearts course will give you all the knowledge you need to care for your baby when they need help. Totally recommend!

My fiancé and I attended the Townsville Course today in prep for our bub arriving and have walked away so much more confident.
Jade was amazing, super engaging and very helpful with any questions that we all had. The content of the course was great and covered off the base range of general first aid topics that every parent wanders about.
A great course for first time parents, grandparents and any loved ones of little ones who want to feel more confident when caring for bubs and kids.

I think this is really well designed content. Our trainer was great too! The only thing I think could be better is better coordination with the venue so that people have access to food.

My husband and I did this course in brisbane! I cried laughed and learnt so many important things! The information has empowered me for situations that I will hopefully never face! This course was beyond informative. I was engaged the entire time and benefited from every single thing that was covered. I left the course feeling so much more confident and knowing that if the worst situation were to arise, because of this course I could handle it. Thank you tiny hearts for sharing your knowledge both through this course and Instagram with parents. It’s one less thing we need to be (so) worried about. I have recommended this course to all of my family and fiends, the content is really invaluable.
Feel very very prepared
Tiny hearts infant and child course helped me in getting the confidence and knowledge to be steady incase of an emergency with my baby. The class was super entertaining and full of good info. I can't recommend it enough. 4 hours went by really really quickly and their teaching and presentation methods were very engaging. Everyone should (not just parents) do this course. Great course!
The course was very informative and I learnt alot. The location wasn’t ideal due to no window coverings which meant that it was too bright to see the slideshow that was shown throughout the course. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend to family and friends.

This course provides parents with essential knowledge and confidence about when they need to seek urgent medical attention for their children. I feel so much more relaxed now that I have taken the course and I encourage anyone without medical training to do the same!
