My partner and I attended a Tiny Hearts Baby and Child First Aid course prior to becoming parents, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The course was expertly presented, with clear, engaging, and well-structured content that made understanding crucial first aid techniques both accessible and interesting. The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all questions with confidence and providing real-life examples that made the material even more relatable. The hands-on experience was invaluable—being able to practice CPR, choking interventions, and other first aid procedures in a controlled setting gave us the confidence we needed in case of an emergency. The group size was perfect, allowing plenty of one-on-one attention and interaction. Overall, I highly recommend this course to any parent or caregiver. It’s an essential, life-saving course delivered with professionalism and care.

I’d already taken part in this first aid course in a public forum but opted in to doing it again with my Mothers group. The presenter comes to your home, with all of the necessary equipment and goodie bags (which are filled with so many helpful and handy things, like a first aid book which is an essential in my household and always comes packed in my suitcase when I travel). It was a more intimate way to learn first aid and everyone felt comfortable to ask as many questions as they needed. The presenter was able to make it more specific to our personal situations (having young babies) and had a good laugh with us all at many points along the way. I highly recommend doing a Tiny Hearts First Aid course with a group of friends and family!

My husband and I took part in this course at Hotel Chadstone just before our son was born (early 2023). The group size wasn’t too large and therefore the presenter was able to answer every question from the group. The presenter was so engaging (and appropriately funny), the content was interesting with anecdotes dispersed throughout and the goodie bag that came with the course was incredible. The first aid book that you get given is a must have in my household and always comes packed in my suitcase when travelling too. Loved this course and highly recommend!

I went to this with my mum before my third was born. It reminded me how much things change between babies and you can never be too confident. The course helped my mum and I feel more prepared and refresh our knowledge!

We did the public course with Joe in Geelong on Saturday and it was worth every cent!! Joe was incredible in his explanations, answering any questions anyone had and kept the whole morning interactive. We now feel much better equipped to bring our baby into this world in a few months time and how to hopefully remain calm in any situation that may arise. Thanks tiny hearts team! It was such a great course and well worth any new parents, parents to be or grandparents to do it. We dragged along our parents and we all thought the course was so well taught with such valuable information to help us all if an emergency happened. What’s even better is we got a little booklet that has all the info we ran through during the day which is so helpful!!

I've done basic first aid courses at work, but it wasn't until I decided to do this course that I realised how different it is for children. If something we're to happen to my 2 year old previously, I honestly don't think I would have been able to manage the situation well, but I am now 100% confident in my ability to do what needs to be done to help or even save my child's life if it came to it.

Excellent comprehensive course to make sure you know how to deal with all sorts of potential problems you mash have with your children or grandchildren.
