Today we completed a private baby first aid session with Freya from Tiny Hearts Education, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this course enough! The information was presented in such a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way, with helpful example videos as well as time for hands-on practice. It left us feeling so much more confident, capable, and prepared for our baby’s arrival. As expecting parents, it gave us real peace of mind knowing we now have the knowledge and skills to respond appropriately if ever needed. Freya was engaging, supportive, and created such a comfortable, fun learning environment where no question felt silly. I’m a nurse myself, and even I walked away having learned something new! It’s truly one of the best things we’ve done to prepare for the arrival of our first baby.

We did the in person first aid course when our son was 3 months old. It was something that I felt very strongly about and so glad I booked my partner and I to attend. Everything we learned there was things I had questions about and the first aid book we got to take home is something that we refer to a lot. Great job Tiny Hearts

I feel informed, encouraged and empowered after doing the in-person Tiny Hearts First Aid course as a mum of an 11month old, especially on how to handle chocking which I think most new parents probably stress about. Highly recommend.

I recently did a CPR and First Aid course with Tiny Hearts Education and highly recommend it. The instructors were clear, practical, and made everything easy to understand. I especially liked the focus on babies and kids, it gave me real confidence I could handle an emergency. The session was hands on, engaging, and not boring at all. Definitely worth doing for any parent or carer.
