We had a great session with Joe. The information was really well presented, easy to understand and there were many opportunities to practise hands on. Joe thoroughly answered all of our questions and we all left feeling confident with our first aid skills. Having the private session at home allowed us to bring our babies too which made it a lot easier to manage the 4 hour course. Thanks so much!

Just finished a fantastic four hours with Emily, jam packed full of all the info and practical skills you need to help feel equipped but not overwhelmed! Emily was engaging and knowledgeable, and kept the class moving beautifully. The additional book provided to each person also seems perfect: well structured, full of good infographics and pictures, clear concise information to revise. Had a really great afternoon and would absolutely recommend this course!

I have a grandchild over 2 years old. My daughter told me that even single peanut can choke toddler. I am taking the words heavily from now on. We recently attended Tiny Hearts’ in-person Baby First Aid course and found it to be an invaluable experience. Designed by a former paramedic, the course covered essential topics such as recognising critical illness in babies and children, introducing solid foods and allergens, and performing CPR when necessary (we were able to practice on dummies which was invaluable). This comprehensive information provided us with priceless peace of mind as we prepare for the arrival of our first child. While we hope to never need to use this knowledge, we now feel well-prepared should any situation arise. The course is suitable for first-time parents, those starting their children on solid foods, grandparents, and any caregivers of babies and children. Overall, we highly recommend Tiny Hearts’ Baby First Aid course to others. The investment was well worth it, and we feel more confident and equipped to care for our child.

Our first little one is due in 8 weeks and we are so happy we did this course. So informative and helpful, very specific to little ones and toddlers, hands on learning. The teacher was an actual mum and and actual RN so really knew was she was talking about and was able to give realistic advice, information and support. Would highly recommend for first time parents, very helpful!
