We had a private Tiny Hearts course and honestly… 10/10, no notes. Ellie was an absolute legend – super informative, calm, and somehow managed to teach us essential first aid while we juggled babies, dogs, snacks, and the occasional nappy change. She created such a relaxed and welcoming vibe that we forgot we were learning about scary stuff – we just left feeling confident and informed. Highly recommend for any new parents wanting practical, clear info delivered in a setting that feels like a catch-up with friends (who just happen to be learning to save lives). We thought it’d be a long afternoon but the four hours flew by. We feel much more prepared now and didn’t need to worry about writing anything down because we were given booklets that have all the information that we were taught.

This course was super informative! I learnt so much practical knowledge and went home with heaps of resources. The trainer in Brisbane made 4 hours felt like 10 minutes (in the best way possible) - super engaging and provided me with so much confidence once completed.

I attended the course to gain some confidence if something happened to my grandchild. It was much more than I expected. The presenter added so much experience and examples to each topic. The booklet is informative and covered most scenarios I might need. So happy I attended.

As a single 29 year old male with little exposure to children, I felt uneasy about how much information I would need to absorb during the session. However right from the start Coby set a quality environment inside a private home, where everyone felt involved and ready to learn. Everyone was able to ask different levels of questions depending on their gaps in knowledge and we left no page unturned I feel so much more confident to care for my friends children, and to be able to step in for any urgent matters in the public. This course has given me the confidence that I will be able to respond to an emergency situation is a calm manner. This course have me the knowledge to navigate my son's first fever and an allergic reaction (hives covering his whole body) to food. Without this training I am certain that I would have panicked in both situations however this was not the case. I also appreciated the hands on training from back blows and CPR to administering an epi pen. I would definitely recommend for all new parents!
