As a first time mum with no idea about how to start solids, the course has given me the confidence to get started. Only one minor critique, the slides and downloadable resources need proofreading as there are a number of typographical errors, which isn’t befitting of a reliable resource such as this.

We're happy we did the course, there's so much information out there and it's good to get it filtered and compacted in ~2 hours. I did it with my partner so we're both aligned when introducing solids. The only suggestion I'd have is to include a downloadable version of the food and allergy tracker, there're also lots of free online so it'd be good to have the Tiny Hearts version. Overall good experience
Great course - made me feel confident when introducing solids and allergens to my bubba. The downloads were also super helpful to have on my phone as a quick refresher when needed.
Did this course for our second child and it was great as advice from 6 years ago had changed and so many new things to learn. Love love love ❤️

This is a great resource to have when starting your little one on solids. I have an 11 year old, so have been through this process before, but this course had some great tips and info that I hadn't thought of or heard about before.

I loved this course because it was so simple to understand and work through and was very straightforward. Really nice considering starting solids is such an overwhelming time (especially for a first time parent!).
Whilst it was good to have the information in one place it is information that can be sourced without cost. I'm not sure what the value for money is. Didn't answer the questions I had going into it.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Definitely helped ease my anxiety starting solids with my little love. Also have loved watching Nikki share her experience with Bambi as I found the recipe book super helpful. It’s so hard to think of what to mix together with giving her the most nutritionally balanced dish.

I took this course as we are starting solids with bub and our main concern was to have more confidence to respond with a gagging or choking episode which I thought would be provided. While there were some generalities shared on this topic, the more specific info on choking was referenced to being in the main first aid course (and not this one). Was a bit frustrated by that... ended up having to pay for the starting solids and first aid course just to get that info (we only wouldve paid for the first aid course had we known). There was very little other information in the course that was new to us (which wouldve been fine if it had the info we did need). Overall, the format and all that was fine. But we were frustrated by having to pay for both courses.

It was ok. Some helpful information. As a first time mum it would have been helpful to hear of sample plans on what to introduce first etc. and how much. There’s so much information out there but at the same time there’s not - still some grey areas after the course.

Very interesting (there is some info that I didn’t found anywhere) and the resources that are available for download are very helpful. Definitely recommend this course.

Brilliant and informative
I was really nervous to start solids and I struggled to find trustworthy information. This course was clear and concise and made me feel confident to start solids. It’s broken down into easy to watch ‘bite-sized’ modules that have just the knowledge you need and don’t feel overwhelming. Well worth it and the cost is super affordable.
A really practical, helpful guide to starting solids that have me confidence and helped get us started on the right foot. I just did the first aid course as well and combining these 2 things is ideal

The layout of the course is easy to use and topics are clear and quick to locate. The information in each topic is thoughtful and thorough for what families need. Of course there is information that is common knowledge to most (which is reassuring itself) but there was definitely plenty of new insights that will stick. The presentations by Nikki and Dr Lexi are professional, easy to follow and clearly spoken. Thank you ladies for providing this wonderful course!
Such a fantastic resource which has helped me to have a greater understanding of sickness with my toddler, and give me the confidence to identify symptoms more clearly! Loved the attached fact sheets and that I have unlimited access to the resource so I can always go back and revisit over the years.

So helpful and just give peace of mind
I purchased this course as I’ve begun looking into getting my second child onto solids. This has been a wealth of information - there are plenty of things I didn’t know from my first child. This is a great resource from the video content to the additional downloadables. I’d recommend this to anyone who is not entirely confident with their little ones solids journey, regardless of whether they’re a first time parent or fifth.
I loved this course! I regularly complete first aid courses but still felt I wasn’t confident when it came to first aid with my own children. Thanks to this course, I now know it was because it is different between adults and children. This course was super informative and I appreciate all the downloads so key information so even easier to access upon completion. The lifetime access is amazing and I also find it amazing how everything is categorised so I can refresh myself on certain aspects (e.g. choking) in between planned annual refreshes. So grateful I was gifted this course. The information is invaluable. Thank you Tiny Hearts
This is fantastic. Course is set out clearly and organised in sections. I love and appreciate the fact sheets that are included with the modules - all formatted nicely and can be printed for later reference. All the big sicknesses are covered with visual/audio examples. This took me 2 days to complete (because children) but you could easily complete in a couple of hours. I feel a lot more prepared when sickness arises now, I feel I know how to treat at home and when to escalate. Thanks Tiny Hearts!

Really informative online course, lots of small videos and the ability to take the course at your own pace. I like that I can re-visit the different areas of the course and watch videos again as it comes closer to my birth. I like that the videos are from the midwives who are helping the mums through their births.
Both extremely educational and despite my background in child care and nursing student, both courses provided tips, tricks and advice I hadent heard before. Not to mention all the extra information provide that’s not typically in these courses. Highly recommend to any parent of a little

I purchased the first aid course online and can absolutely recommend this. It's easy to follow and so informative and I can do it at my own pace. Love that I have access so I can go back and do a refresher in the future too.
I do my first aid course every year with work but it is generic and focuses mainly on older children and adults. This course was everything I hoped it would be. I feel so much more confident to assist my baby should anything happen to her that requires first aid. Lauren was so passionate and engaging, and I truly enjoyed the course. Thank you!
We purchased and completed the online first aid course before our first child was born during lockdown in 2021. It was honestly the best preparation we did as new parents! It was so informative and two years later we have used skills/knowledge we learnt in the course multiple times when needed with our son, both confidently and correctly! We have recently purchased the course as a gift for soon to be parents as well!
Absolutely amazing first aid Starting solids Instagram info Templates Emails First aid kits The list goes on Great baby shower gift ideas also I love all the Instagram posts because I can share the visual content with my husband or save to my tiny hearts board so I always have a quick reference guide Also at no fault of theirs I encountered a small issue with an online first aid course I emailed them and by Monday morning the problem was fixed and they went above and beyond and I received more than what I expected The costumer service was exceptional and it really goes to show how much they care and value there customers You should be so proud of what you have built, what you continue to share and your dedication to helping and educating others!
I have been trying to navigate the early stages of solids for a couple of months now - and it is an overwhelming, confusing & information overloaded environment out there for a first time mum! Tiny Hearts' Introducing Solids course couldn't have come at a better time - I jumped on it and finished the course in a couple of days (which speaks to how digestible & engaging the content is!). This course answered all of my questions about solids and, having spent a lot of time researching starting solids on the internet, I think it's the best resource out there. It's informative, unbiased and packed with easy-to-use tips & tricks and recipes. I feel much more confident and less overwhelmed (+ terrified!) having gone through the course. Highly recommend!

I am a second time mum and did this course out of curiosity and to learn more. When I had my first boy and he started solids, he ended up very sick (not from solids) and so our solids journey was not straight forward. So I wanted to prepare better this time as to how much my little one should be eating and when and get a general overview. I found this course extremely helpful and would recommend to anyone you don't have to be a first time mum to do this course.
As a teacher who has to do a first aid course annually, I find the Tiny hearts resources and instagram page is unbelievably generous and helpful. I really appreciate the small snippets of practical information which I have used first hand to give me piece of mind when dealing with burns, allergies and general colds and fevers in school aged children. 10/10 would recommend! I was too shy to go into the public hospital and do the courses they offered, so this course was the perfect option for me! The information was relevant and presented in a way that outlined the facts and allowed Mama to decide on options that suited her and her baby’s needs without judgement one way or another. I went into my first birthing experience (Dec 2022) calm, confident and assured my husband and I knew what my preferences were and were open and able to make decisions we seemed most comfortable with. Our birth plan and other related documents (PDFs from the course!) were clear and easy to complete and read. All staff were able to quickly see what our preferences were and allowed us to be informed about some options we would be offered throughout the process. I have recommended the course to everyone I’ve had any birth related conversation with and am so grateful for the positive birth experience I had because of my confidence and informed position, thanks to this course!
My partner and I were late to doing a child first aid course and when we finally did it was kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner! It is so empowering and informative yet easy to digest and helps relieve so many anxieties about parenting with having knowledge on what to do in an emergency. Can’t rate it high enough!!

The Introducing Solids course really gave me peace of mind with all the information I needed in one package with downloadable resources to take away. As with all Tiny Hearts courses, the online videos are very well produced and paced. I was able to understand what the essential prerequisites for feeding were, but also different approaches I can take based on personal preference.
I purchased the Introducing Solids Course & loved it. This is my 3rd child but I had forgotten everything about solids so it was great to refresh the memory. I really liked the information on introducing allergens & the downloadable guides. I would recommend this course to anyone about to start the solids journey with their baby!
