I absolutely love it! It did arrive slightly broken - the book insert had come detached from the hard cover, nothing a bit of glue didnt fix.

Easy to read!
Easy to read and follow - a great addition would be some “tear out” A5 posters on CPR, Choking, Seizures ect. That you could stick on the wall for quick emergency response, so you are not searching for the book or page while dealing with an immediate emergency.

So handy but I have some feedback!
This medication tracker is so handy and so helpful. My husband and I always use this whenever we administer medication to our son. It’s essential in avoiding overdose and stops you from having to worry about remembering when you last administered medication. The only thing this medication tracker doesn’t have which I feel it should, is a date box for every line, as when administering medication over more than a 24hr period, I like to know the date and time administered. We end up writing the date on the side but a designated area for it would be helpful.

Medication bag
Such a handy thing, especially with the lock! I would’ve liked it to have a loop on the top or side so that it’s easier to hold and carry around. Otherwise, there’s plenty of space and compartments for baby’s meds. Plus room for cough lollies, hydralyte sachets etc.

Why did it take me so long?
Comfortable reassurance from leaking, so much more comfortable on sensitive area of the body than disposable.

I think this kit could a have more items to make it a fuller first aid kit
Medication Bag Try 2- Piece of Mind!
After a fault with my first medication bag (hence the 4 stars as sceptical), it was quickly resolved and I received a replacement extremely quickly. I love using it knowing my toddler won't get into the medication that I have to carry for my oldest. It's where I store everything now! Except the EpiPens ❤️

Great kit to have.
After having this kit for a year, with multiple times used, it has almost always had what was needed in those moments. It’s got an amazing base range, maybe a couple of suggestions could be to add saline, gel pack and differentiate the design of the packaging - when in the rush of an emergency it’s harder to determine what’s what.
Overall have loved the kit. ❤️❤️
Very handy and practical if slightly small
Super practical solution for storing medications where little hands can't access them. Love the lock and it's handy for travelling too. It is on the small side if you're on regular daily meds in a large bottle, they don't fit into the little internal pockets but they still fit into the bag itself (just). Overall a really great product, and a very worthy purchase.
Family first aid kid
This is a great first aid kid, the only thing missing is something to remove splinters! Would highly recommend amending the kit to include this.
Good thermometer
We have used this thermometer for everything, baby, milk, bath and even ourselves. The silent mode is great. Only issue is that you need to purchase some wipes to keep cleaning the sensor part as it doesn't come with a cover (safety reason for kids is what they explained to us). We went through a period of time where it was completely off, which is fairly annoying when you have a sick kid. The customer service staff was great and said I was to clean the sensor part after every use, which is fine but also a little annoying. Can not fault the service we got and I have so much trust in them that we decided to keep the thermometer and trust the issues we were happening won't arise again and it was the cleaning issue
Great product, but took ages to be sent out
The product is great! Highly recommend but it took 5 weeks from ordering to receive it.

I Love it, very handy a couple of things have already been used. Kids love the cool packs. the only thing I wish it could have a little extra room to store asthma puffers equipment and epi pens so it can all be allocated in one location
Great value
There is barely a ding on this! Great value!! I would give this 5 stars but I have one teeny issue with the script used to label the products. It’s not easily legible and in an emergency I wouldn’t want to have to do double take.
Great but needs more
This is very helpful but I find the paracetamol and ibuprofen lines too few. Our son had RSV and he required around the clock of both so a few more lines would do the trick. But super helpful otherwise 😊

Great first aid however beware that dispatch and postage is slow.

Looks great, but the fancy font is hard to read, especially when you are scrambling looking for something in a first aid situation. Also tweezers would be amazing in here too.
Pink Medication Tracker
The medication tracker is great to track my baby girls medication. Also comes with a lot of information on different medications as a bonus. The only downside was that my whiteboard marker came cracked, although it did still write it dried up after a few days so is no longer usable.

I love these products but there’s so much packaging. Maybe there could be an option for gift packaging and also for minimal packaging?

It is a really nice and hand first aid kit, I just wish there was extra space for items added ( tic spray, antiseptic cream, stop itch, etc) Overall love it though!
Great products
Loved them, however would rather them a little bigger. There very small for any injury. Maybe one big and two small or something.
Definitely need the trio
The concept is really awesome and my kids love them. I feel like the packs could be slightly bigger as they become warm so quickly we usually cycle through all 3 for one injury and have to constantly pop them back in the freezer.
Great idea
The tracker will be super handy, I’m really glad we have it. The AusPost were not kind with it though and rolled/folded it and it cracked the finish. Sending it with something as a backing would be great to help prevent this
