Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback about our Character Cool Packs. I am so sorry to hear that you are not loving them. Usually, these are such a hit with little ones. Our products are designed to be used straight from the freezer or fridge, but we know everyone’s settings can vary, which can affect the texture. You might find it helps to store them in the door or top shelf of your freezer, as these spots tend to be slightly warmer and can prevent the packs from freezing too firmly. I am so sorry this has made it tricky to use them as intended. Hi Hiruni, I am so incredibly sorry to hear that you've had trouble with the zipper on your Medication Bag. We made this product to help keep your little ones safe, and I'm so upset it wasn't able to open when you needed it! Especially when you had a sick bub. Thankfully this issue isn't something we have come across much and I have flagged this with our product development team. Hi Kate, We are so sorry to hear that the thermometer has not been working well for you, this is certainly not the standard we expect from our products. Due to probe covers being a choking hazard for little ones, we chose not to include these with the thermometer, however this can affect the accuracy of the reading if the lens is not consistently cleaned after every use, which may be causing the inconsistencies in your readings. We will absolutely take this on board to further develop our product range as our customers mean everything ❤️ I'm sorry to hear that the Medication Bag is a little smaller than you had hoped, we designed the bag so you can take it with you on the go to safely store your medication. In the FAQ section of the product, we recommend 100ml size medication bottles, with additional space for syringes, inhalers, nasal sprays etc. Thank you for your continued support and feedback. Hi Amy, I am so sad to hear the bag is smaller than you had hoped! We did design the medication bag so that you can take it with you on the go and securely and safely store your medication, so the size was intentional. In the FAQ section for the bag, we suggest the 100ml size bottles being best for the bag and when traveling around, although you can get 1 x 200ml in there plus other medication, syringes, inhalers, nasal sprays etc. I will definitely look at a larger option and I'll move the FAQ section so it's easier to find this info before buying to avoid disappointment, because that breaks my heart! Hi Sarah, Firstly, thank you for supporting Tiny Hearts, I am sad that this product hasn't met your expectations but I am positive we can assist you with some tips on how to position to get reliable readings; I have sent you an email. Just also wanted to note it's normal to get different readings in each ear, in order to track a temperature correctly you want to use the same ear each reading, rather than switching ears. Our thermometers are tested to be within +0.3 degrees celsius. The way infrared technology works is the sensor will collect infrared energy emitted by the ear drum, which is why the position of the probe is imperative. Depending on age, you might pull the ear straight back or back and upwards at the same time. We look forward to hearing from you so we can help you achieve accurate and reliable readings each time. The expiry date is mentioned in a drop down box on the product page, however as a team we are reviewing this to make this more clear for our customers. I cannot comment on other brands and what their testing and accuracy standards are, but knowing our standards I'm sure we can help you feel confident in the readings you get from the Feverbuddy. Hey Stephanie! I am so sorry to hear your experience with the boo boo bandages wasn't a positive one. Our bandages are hypoallergenic and made for sensitive little person skin which means they might be more delicate than others you have experienced before.
